Refund policy
No refunds.
That is the whole rule.
Stopping renewal does not send a refund. Unused days in the current period are not credited. We do not refund a month or a year because the product disappointed you, because you forgot to cancel, or because you canceled just after a charge.
Referral credits are not an exception. A referral credit is account credit toward future AskCash charges. It is not cash and not a refund of past payments. See Referrals in the terms.
When you pay or cancel in the product, you will also see: Payments aren’t refundable. You can stop renewal anytime, and you keep access through the period you paid for.
If a charge is a Stripe error, or a duplicate Stripe itself reverses, that is Stripe’s correction, not an AskCash refund policy. We do not promise to issue one.
